You’ll Need

* Paper plates
* Green paint or marker
* Red construction paper
* Glue
* Dried Watermelon seeds (black)

1. Cut a paper plate in half.

2. Pain the rim green. This will be the rind of the melon.

3. Cut a half circle the size of the inner part of the paper plate out of the red construction paper and glue it on your paper plate half.

4. Form the foil into a coil or spring shape (by wrapping it around a broom handle).

5. Dab some glue on the watermelon seeds and glue them on the red construction paper.

These make cute classroom and bulletin board decorations.
