INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp frozen orange juice
concentrate
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup of any other fruit

DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend
until smooth. Pour in a glass and serve. For a smoothie on the go, pour it
into an insulated travel mug.
