Breakfast Smoothie

Milkshake for breakfast? Absolutely! Just fix a yummy breakfast smoothie. It's a great way to start your kids day right with some fresh fruit, milk and yogurt.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of any other fruit

 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and serve. For a smoothie on the go, pour it into an insulated travel mug.
