Pita Sandwich

breakfast pita sandwich has all your essentials, including eggs,
potatoes, sausage and cheese. Putting it into a pita makes this
complete breakfast portable and easy to eat.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Pita Breads, cut in half
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked potatoes
- 3 sausage patties, cooked
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Heat the pita bread in a 350 F oven. Dice
potatoes and crumble sausage. Saute both in a pan over medium heat until
heated through. Add the eggs and continue cooking until eggs are firm. Stuff
mixture in each of the warmed pita halves. Sprinkle cheese on top.
