Pita Pizza

1 whole grain pita
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup canned diced tomato with basil
1/4 cup torn fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup jarred red peppers
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella

Drizzle olive oil over pita. Add diced tomato with basil. Add spinach
leaves. Add jarred red peppers. Top with cheese. Heat for four
minutes under the broiler.
