Kids Penguin Craft

Penguins have become very popular animals lately with the release of several movies all about them. Make this kids penguin craft with your little ones and let them reenact the movie, or just set it the little finished penguin on their desk.

These film canister penguins would also be a cute craft to make during a kids birthday party. When they are done, just add a little treat to the inside of the film canister.

You’ll Need

* Black Film Canister
* White, Black and Orange Construction Paper
* Wiggly Eyes
* Scissors
* Glue

Directions:

The film canister will be the body of your penguin. Start cutting an oval shape out of the white construction paper and glue it on the bottom part of the film canister. This will be the penguin’s belly.

Cut two wings out of the black construction paper and two little flipper feet out of orange construction paper and glue them on as well. Next add the wiggly eyes and make a little beak out of orange construction paper. Glue those on as well.

Your little film canister penguin is ready to play.
