Directions:
Paint the bottom (outside) of the plate
yellow and allow to dry. Trace
your child's handprint with pencil on the yellow and orange construction
paper. You'll need about 6 to 8 yellow and the same amount of orange
handprints. Cut out the
handprints and start by gluing the yellow handprints all around the
plate, leaving a little gap between the handprints. Glue the orange
handprints behind the yellow ones to fill in the gaps. Draw
a face on the sun using the black marker. I
like to put the child's name and age, or the date on the back of the
plate for future reference.
