 Child Paper Flower Craft

Here is a simple paper flower craft you can do with your child. It uses your child's handprint as the template for the flower. These make beautiful spring flowers.

You'll Need
  • Different colors of construction paper including green
  • Plastic drinking straw
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Directions:

Trace your child's hand on construction paper and cut the hand shape out. Use a pencil to curl the fingers. Use the palm of the cutout handprint to form a cone making sure the curled fingers point out ward.

Glue your little handprint flower around a drinking straw. Cut leave shapes out of the green construction paper and glue them to the straw as well.

Repeat and make an entire bouquet of spring flowers.
