Directions:
Cut a strip of
construction paper about 2 inches wide and long enough to wrap around
your child's head. Let her decorate this headband with markers.
Fasten one pompom to each pipe cleaner, then wrap the
opposite end of the pipe cleaner around the headband. Adjust the
headband to fit around your child's head and secure the two ends with
tape or a staple.
