Directions:
Start your child off with a white sheet
of paper. Have him or her add red stripes and a blue square to make the
flag. Cut out white stars and your preschooler glue them on the blue
square.
Glue the left side of the flag onto the
cardboard tube to make a flag he or she can hold.
