Apple Pecan Stuffing

This is such a great side dish, especially if you are serving ham or any type of poultry. The kids in our family just love it. This stuffing is so quick and easy to make that you can whip it up any night of the week.

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 package dry bread stuffing mix; 6 oz.
* 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
* 2 apples – peeled, cored and thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare stuffing with package directions and mix in apples and pecans.
You can either stuff your poultry with the stuffing, or bake it uncovered for 35 minutes at 325 degrees, or until lightly browned.

* 1/3 cup of wheat flour (not self-rising)
* 2 tbsp of sugar
* 1 cup water
* 1/4 tbsp oil of cinnamon
