How To Bake Chicken Breast

If you’ve been wondering about how to bake chicken breast, this is one of the easiest recipes out there. Best of all there is almost no cleanup and you have an entire meal baking in the oven at the same time.

INGREDIENTS:

* 4 chicken breasts
* 1 cup mushrooms (finely sliced)
* 2 cups potatoes (finely sliced )
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 tablespoon parsley (finely chopped)
* 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
* Salt and pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Pat the chicken try. Take each chicken breast and make three slits on each (top side of breast).

Place the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl or pot and combine fully (using hands or large wooden spoon).

Cut four sheets of aluminum foil (large enough to make four parcels). Place one chicken breast and a handful of additional ingredients on each sheet of aluminium foil.

Close around edges to make a square parcel shape (make sure each parcel is completely sealed and juices don’t leak). Do this four times to make four separate parcels.

Place chicken parcels on baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 375F for approximately 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve with side salad.

Split Breast Chicken Crockpot Recipes

INGREDIENTS:

* 4 boneless/skinless chicken breast halves
* 1 can cream of celery soup or cream of mushroom soup
* 1/3 cup milk
* 1 package seasoned stuffing mix with seasoning packet (we use Stove Top)
* 1 1/2 cups water
* Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Place chicken in crock pot.

Combine soup of choice and milk and pour over chicken.

Combine stuffing, seasoning packet, salt and pepper (is using) and water. Mix well. Spoon the mixture the over the chicken and soup.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Sirloin Tips Crock Pot Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 pounds sirloin tips (cut into 1-inch cubes)
* 1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
* 1 can beef broth
* 1 1/2 cup canned or frozen corn kernels
* 3 medium carrots (sliced)
* 1 medium onion (sliced)
* 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 bay leaf
* Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients and place in bottom of crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until beef is tender. Server over rice or with some stewed potatoes and crusty bread.
