* 1 banana
* 1 1/2 cup strawberries
* 1 cup milk
* 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
* 1 cup vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 cup of any other fruit

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and serve. For a smoothie on the go, pour it into an insulated travel mug.
