Breakfast Pita Sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 Pita Breads, cut in half
* 4 eggs
* 1/2 cup cooked potatoes
* 3 sausage patties, cooked
* 1/2 cup shredded cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Heat the pita bread in a 350 F oven. Dice potatoes and crumble sausage. Saute both in a pan over medium heat until heated through. Add the eggs and continue cooking until eggs are firm. Stuff mixture in each of the warmed pita halves. Sprinkle cheese on top.
