Make breakfast interesting with these sausage and egg burritos. Cook the sausage and egg ahead of time and refrigerate to save time in the morning. Just heat, fold and eat.

INGREDIENTS:

* 1/2 pound of sausage
* 2 eggs
* 1 tomato, diced
* 6 flour tortillas
* 6 tbsp grated cheese

DIRECTIONS:

Brown the sausage until it is done, then crumble it. Scramble the eggs and cook them until done. Equally spoon the eggs and sausage on each tortilla, add the diced tomato and sprinkle with cheese. Roll the tortillas into a burrito. Heat in the microwave for about a minute if needed. Serve with salsa if desired.
