I love December… the whole month is so festive and everyone is getting ready for Christmas. Right now my kitchen smells wonderful… I’m making some chocolate chip muffins for breakfast and then we’re heading to the Christmas parade. After that we’ll be putting up our tree, the nativity scene and my little now village houses. With a little luck, I’ll even talk my husband into hanging the lights outside.

I also love all the crafting and baking we get to do this time of the year. Over the coming weeks, I’ll share some of our favorite Christmas crafts and some yummy holiday recipes with you.  Let’s get started …
