One thing I love about the Holidays are the specialty flavors of coffee creamer that companies like Coffeemate are coming out with. We usually drink Hazelnut or Vanilla flavored creamer throughout the year and the Holiday flavors are a nice change of pace and make my morning cup (more like 3 cups) of coffee special. Right now my favorite new flavor is Peppermint Mocha. It tastes like an after dinner chocolate mint. So yummy

Of course all the sugar in the creamer in addition to all that caffeine help get me going in the morning. But taking a moment to savor a new delicious flavor in my coffee is a nice way to start my day. Instead of rushing into things like checking email or doing the dishes from last night, I sit down, pet my cat and watch the squirrels in front of my window hard at work preparing for the winter days. What a way to start the day!
