Mom, I want to be a pirate
With the release of the second “Pirates Of The Caribbean” movie, I’ve been running across pirate related stuff everywhere. From fast food to car companies, there are quite a few pirate themed promotions running. As a result my daughter is asking to play pirate almost daily now. So we set down one afternoon and crafted some pirate stuff. Now she can play in style LOL.
If you are in the same boat with me and are trying to figure out how you can come up with a pirate hat, a looking glass and a treasure chest, you can find directions on the Pirate Crafts For Kids Page.
You can also easily make the black eye patch by cutting a circle out of either black felt or black construction paper. Punch a small hole in each side and use some black string to tie it around your child’s head.
Arrr me matey, now get a craftin
