Fun With Playdough
I just had the most fun two hours playing playdough with my 3-year-old. We used just one color and lots of imagination.
The best part was to observe her. She has such a wonderful imagination. We made everything from flowers to butterflies, lollipops, to llama shaped clouds (her idea). We also used some coins and pressed the impressions into the playdough.
We also made some tortillas and spaghetti with meatball for Daddy, because he said he was hungry.
You can also use playdough to teach the concept of big and small. Roll big and small balls, roll the playdough out in two long rolls and make a big and a large snail etc.
Other ideas are to use cookie cutters to cut the playdough into fun shapes, and making letter shapes out of playdough.
Next time you don't know what to do, make a batch of homemade playdough and have some fun with it.

Great idea. My daughter has never seen play dough, but she would love it. She is soon to be four. My son I am sure would like it as well. He is soon to be two.
